The six certifications
The badges tell you they exist. A procurement or compliance team needs the detail: who issues each one, what it certifies, and what it means for the market you sell into. Here are all six, one card at a time.
What it certifies
An audited quality-management system across the whole flow, from incoming resin to the carton that leaves the floor. Procedures, traceability and corrective action are documented and reviewed by an accredited third party.
What it means for you
A reorder a year from now is built to the same documented process as your first run. The discipline behind that is checked from outside, not self-declared.
What it certifies
Materials and additives meet U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements for food-contact substances under 21 CFR.
What it means for you
Containers clear food-use compliance for the United States. It is the baseline any restaurant, delivery or retail SKU needs before it ships into the U.S. market.
What it certifies
Material safety and migration performance are tested and reported by SGS, an independent global testing body. The sign-off comes from an outside lab.
What it means for you
The SGS test report is the document you attach to your own due-diligence file. It is third-party evidence a buyer can verify independently.

Production assessed against European technical and safety standards by TÜV, a German-origin inspection body recognised across the EU.
What it means for you
One more European reference point for a procurement team confirming the plant meets continental expectations before a first order is placed.
What it certifies
Food-contact compliance under the German LFGB code, the Federal Food and Feed Code, with the BfR material recommendations behind it.
What it means for you
LFGB is the benchmark many EU buyers use to validate food-contact sales. Clearing it opens the German market and reassures the rest of Europe.
What it certifies
Compliance with the EU framework for food-contact materials, including Regulation (EU) 10/2011 for plastics and the 1935/2004 framework.
What it means for you
Plastic food packaging meets EU migration limits and approved-substance lists, so a shipment enters the European Union without a compliance hold at the border.
How the floor builds quality
Certifications prove a system is in place. This is the system itself: every order passes four inspection gates before it ships, and each gate owns one number. Together they are what holds the pass rate.
Each resin batch is checked against its food-grade spec before it reaches a machine. An off-spec lot is held back rather than run.
Tooling is validated to a 0.01 mm tolerance before a SKU runs, so the first unit and the last one off a long order share the same dimensions.
Units are pulled on the line through the run and checked for dimension, weight, lid fit and surface defects against the SKU spec sheet.
A pre-shipment AQL sample inspects finished goods before loading. A lot that fails the sample is quarantined, not packed into the container.

The number we publish
Industry surveys put the disposable food-packaging pass rate at about 92%. Our finished-goods inspection runs at 99.7%. We publish both so the gap can be checked against a document.
Food safety
Compliance starts at the material, not the finished container. Every resin we mould is food-contact grade and free of BPA, and that grade is confirmed at the incoming gate before any of it reaches a machine.
